About the Role

Talents Sea is seeking a Data Analyst (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and enhance operational performance. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and performance gaps.
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in data analysis.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and various data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL and DAX is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
