The Role of Designer

RT Events is seeking a full-time 2D Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This on-site role involves creating visual concepts and materials for various conferences and events. The Designer will be responsible for developing branding assets, digital and print collateral, stage and screen layouts, and signage that align with client objectives and event themes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with event planners and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate design briefs into clear visual concepts and directions.
• Prepare design files for production and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Refine design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet established brand guidelines, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Support the continuous improvement of design templates and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across all events.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Designer will work within a team focused on delivering high-quality visual solutions for events.
