51Talk is expanding its digital marketing capabilities and is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist Lead Generation Ads to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a data-driven media buyer with 2-5 years of experience, responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation across multiple platforms. The specialist will be hands-on with campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization, working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement A/B testing strategies.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Optimize landing pages in collaboration with internal teams to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and performance analysis within relevant markets.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters, and social media specialists) to provide performance insights and guide creative direction based on campaign data and audience behavior.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, with a specific focus on paid social media campaigns for lead generation. The role requires a data-driven approach and practical experience with campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization across various digital advertising platforms.
