About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for leading the development, positioning, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital solutions for customers across the utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The role requires bridging business requirements with Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, reliability, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Define digital solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Lead the development of innovative digital offerings that support customers' digital transformation journeys.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead the design of end-to-end digital and automation solutions integrating OT and IT environments.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications and platforms.
• Lead the integration of industrial and enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives, leading workshops and supporting sales.
• Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, ML, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twins, Advanced Analytics, and Industrial IoT.
• Oversee the successful delivery of digital solutions projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop solution architects, application engineers, and digital specialists.

• Recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers to build a robust management pipeline, and manage low performers.
• Take full responsibility for operations as per the job description and deliverables, adhering to company guidelines.
• Anticipate problems and implement proactive steps to prevent them, making timely decisions.
• Deliver required results in a timely manner with specified quality and cost, exceeding business expectations.
• Transform corporate goals into business plans, monitor performance, and initiate corrective actions.
• Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency.
• Develop the organizational structure according to current and future requirements.
• Develop and coordinate well-defined systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment as per standard regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing and managing digital solutions for utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in integrating Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twins, Advanced Analytics, and Industrial IoT.
