About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Director Food and Beverages (Hospitality) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations across multiple hotels within the portfolio, combining strategic leadership, commercial acumen, operational expertise, and pre-opening experience. The Director will ensure each property delivers a distinctive and competitive food and beverage offering aligned with its market positioning, target guests, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cluster-wide food and beverage strategies aligned with each hotel's positioning, target market, and business objectives.
• Drive food and beverage revenue, profitability, market share, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
• Lead all food and beverage pre-opening activities across the hotel portfolio, including concept development, operational viability, and commercial sustainability.
• Participate in project handovers from development and construction teams to hotel operations, conducting operational reviews of layouts.
• Oversee all restaurants, bars, lounges, cafes, banqueting facilities, and in-room dining across the portfolio, ensuring intended guest experience and market positioning.
• Develop and manage food and beverage budgets across the cluster, monitoring profitability, labor productivity, and operating expenses.
• Build and develop high-performing food and beverage leadership teams, creating succession planning and talent development programs.
• Ensure all outlets consistently meet brand standards and guest expectations, monitoring feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary food and beverage representative for ownership, consultants, and project teams, participating in business reviews and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in food and beverage leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing food and beverage leadership teams.
• Experience in creating succession planning and talent development programs across a portfolio.
• Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in optimizing staffing structures aligned with operational requirements.
• Ability to promote employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives.
• Track record of ensuring outlets consistently meet brand standards and guest expectations.
• Experience in monitoring guest feedback, satisfaction scores, online reviews, and outlet performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
• Experience in ensuring food and beverage concepts remain relevant to target customer segments and market demand.
• Ability to lead service recovery initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Experience acting as the primary food and beverage representative for ownership, consultants, and project teams.
• Ability to participate in business reviews, project meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Ability to support ownership objectives through effective commercial and operational management of the food and beverage portfolio.

Preferred Experience

• Multi-property or cluster leadership experience.
• Experience with mixed-positioning hotel portfolios (select-service, midscale, upscale, lifestyle, serviced apartments, family entertainment destinations, or resorts).
• Experience preparing F&B operating budgets, Pre-Opening Budgets (POB), and staffing models.
• Experience with banqueting, event operations, and destination food and beverage concepts.
• Experience supporting hotel openings and stabilization programs across multiple properties.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
