Kwan Ventures is a global executive search firm. We are currently recruiting for a leading Saudi Arabian infrastructure development platform. This platform manages a growing portfolio of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and concession projects across social and urban infrastructure sectors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Director, Infrastructure Operations & Asset Management SPV Leadership to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior leadership position focuses on the establishment and oversight of project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), driving portfolio performance, and maximizing long-term asset value. The role combines SPV establishment, infrastructure asset management, portfolio oversight, and shareholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish newly awarded project SPVs, including developing governance frameworks, operating structures, and leadership teams.
• Support financial close processes and manage the transition to independently managed project companies.
• Coordinate effectively with shareholders, joint venture partners, and external advisors.
• Oversee SPV performance against financial models, business plans, operational KPIs, and project milestones.
• Monitor the performance, financial health, debt covenants, and commercial risks of EPC and FM/O&M contractors.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, refinancing, and asset value optimization.
• Represent shareholder interests on SPV boards and ensure robust corporate governance.
• Establish portfolio management frameworks, reporting dashboards, and performance benchmarks.
• Manage shareholder escalations, strategic interventions, and investment performance.
• Develop a centralized project management and asset management capability across the entire portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure operations, asset management, and SPV leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
