About the Role

National Medical Care is seeking a professional Driver to provide essential transport services to employees of Care Medical Hospitals. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff to various destinations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver products, equipment, and supplies to designated locations.
• Coordinate with requesting departments to deliver specimens, mail, packages, and other documents to specified addresses.
• Transport female employees to shopping areas as per schedule, in coordination with the security supervisor.
• Evaluate and approve transport requests for hospital staff.
• Provide transport services to King Khalid International Airport for female staff traveling for vacation and for male and female staff on exit visas, based on approved requests.
• Transport female employees to Saudi American and Riyadh Bank with an approved request.
• Take medical and nursing staff to examination sites for their MOH licensure examinations.
• Conduct pre-operational checks of assigned vehicles before each trip, including brakes, water, oil, tire pressure, and physical condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and take necessary precautions while driving.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties as assigned within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensure that company vehicles are used exclusively for business purposes; personal use is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Vehicle Usage and Conduct Guidelines

• Report any damage or problems with the assigned vehicle immediately.
• Report changes to driving privileges, such as driver’s license suspension, without delay.
• Always lock company vehicles when unattended.
• Ensure vehicles are brought to scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Do not operate a company vehicle while intoxicated, fatigued, or under the influence of medication that impairs driving ability.
• Smoking is prohibited in all company vehicles.
• Company vehicles must not be leased, sold, or lent to others.
• The use of a phone or texting while driving is forbidden.
• Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to use a company vehicle unless in an emergency situation.

Reporting Structure

The Driver will report directly to the Transportation Supervisor.
