About the Role

Tangent International is seeking an ENM / ENIQ Engineer for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with significant experience in network management systems, focusing on administration, operational support, and troubleshooting within telecommunications environments.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the administration and operational support of ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM systems. This includes managing customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and actively supporting new implementations and technical changes. The role also involves handling escalations and contributing to new feature requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administration activities for ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM systems.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues, customer requests, and escalations effectively.
• Provide support for new projects, system implementations, and acceptance activities.
• Follow up on MDTs (Managed Data Transfers) and TCNs (Technical Change Notifications).
• Handle customer support requests and resolve service-affecting issues.
• Support the study and preparation of new feature requests.
• Address hardware cases and contribute to technical changes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ENM, ENIQ, and eVNFM administration and support within a telecommunications or related industry.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic operational support environment.
