Enterprise Architecture Expert

About the Role

Link Datacenter is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert for a 12-month contract project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on supporting the operation and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture Office for a client in the government sector.

Role Context and Focus

The primary focus of this position will be on Enterprise Architecture governance, digital transformation initiatives, and IT strategy development. The expert will ensure alignment between business strategy and technology architecture, with an emphasis on TOGAF principles and NORA maturity improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the Enterprise Architecture Office.
• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture governance, standards, and practices.
• Review and assess technology initiatives and projects.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology architecture.
• Drive NORA compliance and maturity improvement initiatives.
• Define Target Architecture and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture assessments and gap analysis activities.
• Monitor EA KPIs, deliverables, and overall architecture progress.
• Provide guidance and direction to Enterprise Architects and other EA team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in roles such as Enterprise Architecture Lead, Principal Enterprise Architect, Enterprise Architecture Consultant, Chief Enterprise Architect, or EA Governance Lead.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture governance, digital transformation, IT strategy, and TOGAF.
• Experience with NORA maturity frameworks and initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a duration of 12 months. The role involves working with a government-sector client to enhance their Enterprise Architecture Office.
