About the Enterprise Release Engineering Architect Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an experienced Enterprise Release Engineering Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to establishing and leading enterprise-level release management functions across complex, multi-application environments. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving strategic release initiatives and presenting solutions at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise Release Management functions, including establishing new capabilities from the ground up.
• Oversee and direct releases across large-scale, multi-application environments.
• Develop and present strategic solutions to complex enterprise challenges to CXO-level stakeholders.
• Manage and guide geographically distributed engineering teams through the release lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 18 years of experience in Enterprise IT.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise Release Management.
• Demonstrated ability to establish Release Management functions from inception.
• Proven track record of leading releases within large-scale, multi-application environments.
• Strong consulting skills coupled with executive presence.
• Proficiency in managing geographically distributed engineering teams.

Technical Acumen and Industry Background

• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and traditional delivery models.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is highly desirable.

Preferred Professional Certifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation / Managing Professional
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• PMP or PRINCE2
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Azure DevOps, AWS, or OCI certifications (preferred)
• DevOps Institute certifications (preferred)
