One of our leading clients is looking for an Executive Secretary to maintain the executive’s agenda, plan appointments and meetings, attend meetings and take minutes, handle phone calls, manage correspondence, arrange travel, maintain records, and assist in various administrative tasks.

One of our leading clients is looking for an Executive Secretary to maintain the executive’s agenda, plan appointments and meetings, attend meetings and take minutes, handle phone calls, manage correspondence, arrange travel, maintain records, and assist in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attend meetings, keep minutes, and align with relevant stakeholders.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
Required Competencies and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business administration or secretary, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary for 23 years.
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (* ERP).
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as English language and technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
