Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare documents for meetings and assist in preparations.
  • Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of executives.
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and various documents for executives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
