We are seeking a dynamic Executive Secretary to join our team at Al Manhal Water Factory in Riyadh. This role is vital for organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule while performing various administrative tasks to support our senior management.

Main Purpose of Job:
- Organize and maintain executive schedules.
- Assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing short- and long-term calendars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for senior managers.
  • Maintain the calendar of appointments for Senior management, ensuring they are informed of all appointments and changes.
  • Prepare letters, memoranda, and reports using automated office systems.
  • Process records and forms, requisition office supplies, and perform various administrative support procedures.
  • Open and screen mail addressed to Senior management, answering routine mail independently.
  • Maintain all files for the CBM/Senior management, ensuring materials are properly marked and accessible.
  • Act as liaison to coordinate matters between Senior management Office and other departments.

Key Experiences:
- A diploma degree in Executive Secretary.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
