Role Overview

Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation, to join the AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working with a group of experts in analytics, engineering, product management, user research, and design to create human-centric solutions leveraging data and artificial intelligence for client competitive advantage. The Expert Senior Manager will lead the development of omnichannel solutions across various industries, defining strategic visions and advising on innovation and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of human-centered design into product strategy, aligning research with business and customer goals.
• Translate complex user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility into clear product visions, roadmaps, feature maps, and development-ready backlogs.
• Lead ideation, journey mapping, and service design workshops to align teams around user-centered solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support prototyping and testing for continuous validation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and clients in developing innovative product solutions and tackling business challenges.
• Utilize agile and product/CX best practices to guide execution and ensure outcomes.
• Own work planning and execution, ensuring high-quality contributions aligned with client goals.
• Lead the development and evolution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Prioritize effectively across multiple workstreams and build development-ready backlogs with user stories, mockups, architecture, and acceptance criteria.
• Cultivate a collaborative team culture across Bain, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor others and lead capability-building in human-centered design, agile, technical fluency, and innovation-driven product management.
• Maintain a proactive mindset, adopting emerging tools and technologies like generative AI to enhance productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated passion for designing and developing customer-centric innovative solutions.
• Strong foundation in product development and technical aptitude.
• Proven collaborative mindset and ability to foster cross-collaboration.
• Experience managing senior and multiple stakeholders, and leading meetings with senior clients.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh and involves working on integrated teams alongside general consultants and clients. The position requires a travel expectation of 40–50%.
