This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Tribe Lead Product Manager will own the product strategy and outcomes across one or more significant product areas at Webook. This senior role involves setting strategic direction across a product portfolio, aligning multiple product squads, and driving measurable customer and business impact. The individual will be responsible for shaping roadmaps, ensuring coherent execution, and elevating product craft and quality standards within their assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy across major product areas, linking it to company goals and unit economics, and translating it into aligned delivery across squads with strong stakeholder partnership.
• Own product strategy for assigned areas and shape the tribe's roadmap, ensuring decisions align with company priorities and clear outcomes.
• Create alignment across squads and functions by establishing common direction, resolving priority conflicts, and making tradeoffs explicit at the tribe level.
• Serve as the senior product voice for designated areas with leadership and stakeholders, communicating clear narratives, choices, and results.
• Identify and size significant opportunities using customer insight, market context, and commercial impact, then guide investment decisions accordingly.
• Own portfolio outcomes and the metrics narrative: define KPIs, build visibility through dashboards and reviews, and use this data to steer tradeoffs and investment.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, pace, and quality.
• Elevate product execution and ways of working, including briefs, discovery standards, launch readiness, post-launch learning, and decision hygiene.
• Build scalable systems such as operating cadences, governance forums, metrics, and feedback loops to ensure multiple squads move in a unified direction.
• Coach and develop Product Management talent through mentoring, feedback, and clear standards. This role may evolve into a management track, including hiring and performance management responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven product leader with experience owning strategy and outcomes across a complex portfolio or multi-squad scope.
• Strong judgment and strategic clarity, demonstrated by the ability to set direction, make informed decisions, and align senior leaders through effective tradeoffs.
• Commercial and data fluent, capable of connecting product decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Ability to lead through influence, aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams, and driving decisions through clear narratives.

Desired Attributes and Success Metrics

Candidates with multi-market experience, expertise in marketplaces, ticketing, or other transactional products, and a background in building new product lines or scaling platforms are preferred.

Success in this role will be evidenced by clearer portfolio direction, reduced priority conflicts, faster decision-making, measurable customer and business impact, and a higher standard for product craft and execution.
