About the Role

GO Telecom (قو للاتصالات) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving and executing the company's product portfolio strategy across both B2B and B2C segments.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to manage products throughout their lifecycle, from initial development to ongoing performance monitoring. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring products meet market needs and contribute to strategic objectives for diverse customer segments.

Product Development and Management

  • Develop product roadmaps and budget revenues, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target markets, customer trends, and determine specific product needs.
  • Create product concepts based on market benchmarks and defined customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to finalize and approve product designs.
  • Oversee the market delivery process, including technical implementation, testing, and product launch activities such as communication and sales training.

Product Performance and Commercial Activities

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to optimize results.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to stimulate demand and boost sales.
  • Manage Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide direct support to the sales team, assisting with customized solutions and responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Implement customer retention strategies and improve overall customer experience based on feedback to prevent churn.

Pricing Strategy and Bidding Support

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies designed to meet annual targets and support competitive bidding processes.
  • Provide executive management with recommendations for pricing adjustments and profitability improvements.
  • Establish and facilitate regular pricing review meetings with relevant internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Product Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, with a proven track record in developing and managing products for both B2B and B2C segments.
