Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the product vision and strategy. This role focuses on continuously driving value and ensuring customer success throughout the product lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide product vision, leadership, and direction to the team.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and sustaining.
• Act as a servant leader within one of our development squads.
• Compile product requirements, develop and manage the product roadmap, oversee the delivery of product features, and assess their impact.
• Develop and track clear, measurable outcomes, prioritized use cases, and requirements.
• Participate in and lead Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) through rapid, data-driven iterations to ensure customer and business needs are met.
• Understand competitors and the market to drive product prioritization and positioning.
• Create new growth opportunities through enabling new revenue streams and use cases.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and highly differentiated offering through a clear and effective outcome-oriented roadmap.
• Develop and manage product-related collateral such as product briefs, success stories, pricing/ROI models, and customer-facing presentations.
• Meet regularly with key customers, prospects, and partners to solicit input and promote strategy and key value propositions.
• Assist the Marketing team with press releases, website content, product alerts, and promotions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Clear communication and educational abilities, capable of conveying desired outcomes to designers and engineers and fostering engagement.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building engaging products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, UX/Design, and engineering.
• A track record of developing and mentoring talent, and building and motivating high-achieving teams.
• A data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
• Effective and productive collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated empathy, humility, and listening skills.
