Elm Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of products from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager will drive product success by applying strategic thinking and thorough market analysis, adhering to Elm's established policies and procedures. This role is central to developing and executing product initiatives that meet business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the long-term product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure the product strategy aligns with the overall company vision.
• Monitor the product roadmap, prioritization, and feature backlog, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams involved in the product lifecycle.
• Oversee product progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful product delivery.
• Utilize product management methodologies and tools to track product milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Conduct thorough product assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing regular project updates, and addressing concerns.
• Communicate effectively and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and validate product decisions.
• Leverage market intelligence to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics, including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes and leverage analytics to measure and optimize product performance.
• Continuously gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to iterate and enhance the product offering.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
