About the F&B Attendant Role

Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Riyadh Minhal is seeking a dedicated F&B Attendant to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences within our food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, relaying them accurately to kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Manage cash handling and process payments from guests.
• Operate and maintain point-of-sale systems.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions.
• Provide input and feedback on menu selections and customer preferences.
• Participate in meetings and briefings with management and colleagues.
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, including kitchen staff, housekeeping, and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience, with previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and some basic culinary skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
