The Role of F&B Manager

EWAA Hotels is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The F&B Manager will contribute to achieving the company's vision and mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Supervise and develop F&B team members.
• Control food and beverage costs and operational expenses.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Banquets, and other departments.
• Monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support revenue growth and achieve departmental targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with a preference for the hotel industry.
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Hotel experience is required.
