F&B Service Expert

About the Role

W Hotels is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences, with food and beverages as a key component. The successful candidate will take initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a professional and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Processing transactions while ensuring they contribute positively to the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify information, such as managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
