Faculty Business Accounting & Finance

About the Role

BIG Academy is seeking qualified and experienced Faculty members specializing in Business, Accounting, and Finance to join its academic team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on delivering engaging, practical, and industry-oriented teaching across various business disciplines.

Role Overview

The Faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures and practical sessions, guiding students through assignments and projects, and conducting assessments. Additionally, this role involves contributing to curriculum development and maintaining academic quality standards within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and other teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.
• Explain business, accounting, and financial concepts using practical examples, industry applications, and case-based learning.
• Guide students in academic assignments, projects, presentations, and research activities.
• Prepare and evaluate assessments, quizzes, examination papers, and assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and performance, offering support as needed.
• Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and attendance using institutional SIS and LMS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations, assessment procedures, and institutional quality standards.
• Contribute to curriculum development, assessment moderation, faculty development, and academic improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, business practices, financial developments, and relevant professional standards.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, orientations, seminars, and other institutional activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant academic or industry role.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related disciplines.
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented teaching.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh.
