About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a dedicated Farmer to join its full-time greenhouse operational team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for maintaining the health and productivity of our horticultural operations, focusing on comprehensive plant care, effective pest management, and diligent monitoring of irrigation systems. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the efficient functioning and output of our greenhouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine plant care activities, including transplanting, pruning, and general cultivation tasks, to ensure optimal plant growth and development.
• Conduct regular Integrated Pest Management (IPM) activities, which involve monitoring, identifying, and implementing control measures for pests and diseases.
• Monitor and meticulously check irrigation systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and delivering water efficiently to plants.
• Regularly assess overall plant health, identifying any signs of stress, nutrient deficiencies, or other issues, and taking appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse or horticulture environments is required.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of effective plant care techniques, including propagation, growth management, and harvesting.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough irrigation system checks and perform basic maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as an integral part of a dedicated greenhouse operational team, contributing to the daily maintenance and cultivation activities within a controlled horticultural setting.
