Fashion Advisor

About the Role

ELIE SAAB is seeking a Fashion Advisor to join the team in Riyadh. This part-time role is responsible for contributing to store sales by providing service to clients and maintaining merchandising standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in the high-end retail fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote high customer service standards throughout the shopping experience and attend to customer needs.
• Actively seek input from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards.
• Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior, providing feedback on tendencies.
• Update clients with upcoming events and inform them of needed policies and procedures, including refund and exchange policies.
• Provide support in VIP events and ensure proper follow-up with clients as needed.

Sales and Operations

• Meet and maximize cross-selling and up-selling sales targets.
• Adhere to the standards of operations and support the manager in achieving the boutique's goals.
• Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages of the sale process.
• Ensure proper replenishment of merchandise, display, and visual merchandising standards to maintain the brand’s image.
• Process cash register operations accurately and efficiently from opening to closing, protecting company assets.
• Support efficient cost allocation by optimally using boutique products and not exceeding availability.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent position within the high-end retail fashion industry.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High customer centricity.
• Team-oriented with proper conflict management skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
