Style Advisor

About the Role

Givenchy is seeking a Style Advisor to join its team in Riyadh. This temporary role involves providing personalized shopping experiences and representing the brand with elegance. The Style Advisor will engage with clients, present collections, and contribute to achieving sales targets within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome local and international customers, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere.
• Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs, preferences, and style.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through storytelling and personalized recommendations based on preferences and past purchases.
• Present Givenchy’s collections, sharing brand history and unique design elements.
• Guide clients through products, highlighting distinctive features of each item.
• Assist in creating captivating visual displays in the store.
• Work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Embody the brand image by adhering to specific dressing and behavior standards for luxury retail.
• Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
• Collaborate with the team, including the Stock team, to ensure consistent customer service and product presentation.

• Experience between 2-5 years in a relevant field.
