The Role: Fashion Consultant Michael Kors

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for the Michael Kors brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional Guest Experience. The Fashion Consultant will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving products to inform business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure click and collect operations are conducted within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with its offerings.
• Support with in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, identifying successful and less successful aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Fashion Consultant position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and supporting retail operations effectively.
