About the Fashion Consultant Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for The Visitor Airport location in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering a high standard of guest experience. The Fashion Consultant will also provide support for the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving products to inform business reviews.
• Cultivate client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on products prior to purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee click and collect operations to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and maintain current knowledge of app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay informed about all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive product sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store customer experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input regarding store performance, identifying successful and less successful aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably within the fashion sector.
