FF&E Logistics Manager

About the Role

THA by Armonia is seeking an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to oversee the furniture, fixtures, and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing FF&E from initial sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment, and final returns across multiple sites.

Role Context

The FF&E Logistics Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of FF&E assets for a large-scale international event. This includes strategic planning and operational execution to ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are managed efficiently and effectively across various locations within Riyadh from October to December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries, and warehousing operations.
• Control inventory, tracking, and distribution of FF&E to various venues.
• Coordinate FF&E installation, daily replenishment, and breakdown processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, FF&E returns, and reporting of damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on stock status across all event sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in FF&E or overlay logistics, specifically on major international events.
• Solid skills in inventory control and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Availability for the full contract period, from October to December 2026.

Location and Work Type

This contract position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence for the duration of the event, from October to December 2026.
