About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Manager - Logistics to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves coordinating and monitoring construction logistics activities within an assigned project, geographical zone, asset group, or contractor package. The position focuses on the practical implementation of approved logistics arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and implementation of project and package-level logistics plans.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly logistics activities within the assigned area, including staging, loading, unloading, laydown, parking, and holding-area requirements.
  • Maintain visibility of contractor programs, deliveries, movements, and access requirements.
  • Identify potential conflicts and support updates to logistics drawings, routes, and phasing information.

Contractor Logistics Management

  • Act as the day-to-day logistics contact for assigned contractors and work packages.
  • Review contractor logistics submissions and identify gaps against district requirements.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved logistics and traffic-management plans.
  • Coordinate mobilisation, demobilisation, and changes to contractor work areas.
  • Follow up on actions and escalate material non-compliances to the Senior Logistics Manager.

Access, Traffic, and Site Compliance

  • Monitor gates, access points, haul routes, segregation, and traffic-management controls.
  • Coordinate access requests, planned vehicle movements, diversions, and route changes.
  • Report road-condition, signage, lighting, cleanliness, and maintenance issues.
  • Undertake site inspections, record non-compliances, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Support audits, assurance reviews, and incident investigations.

Risk Management and Reporting

  • Identify daily constraints, hazards, and interface risks, recording them in the appropriate register.
  • Coordinate immediate mitigation and escalate safety-critical or program-critical matters.
  • Support contingency planning for closures, peak movements, events, and operational interfaces.
  • Support testing, commissioning, asset activation, and the transition from construction to operation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports, maintaining trackers, action registers, access schedules, and route-status information.
  • Develop concise presentation material, maps, and dashboards for logistics meetings, and maintain controlled copies of current logistics plans, drawings, and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within a construction or large-scale project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics activities and manage contractor compliance.
  • Strong understanding of traffic management, site access, and safety protocols.
