Finance Controlling Assistant Manager

About the Role

Lumi, a rental company, is seeking a Finance Controlling Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting key financial functions including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Finance Controlling Assistant Manager will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data. This position supports management by providing reliable financial analysis and reporting, which is critical for informed decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on maintaining robust financial controls and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting inputs, including SAP TB and PC/CC extracts, data cleansing, and mapping of new GLs and profit centers.
• Prepare first-pass variance schedules and support monthly financial analysis.
• Build and maintain branch- and segment-level gross profit analyses.
• Track revenue by customer and maintain fleet and vehicle KPI series within the master data pack.
• Support the annual budget build through departmental cost templates, phasing, consolidation, and version control.
• Track cost-saving programs and monitor contract-level revenue ramp models against targets.
• Perform reconciliation and tie-out checks between management reporting, statutory figures, and SAP GL.
• Investigate and document reporting differences to ensure accurate financial data.
• Support management with reliable financial analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of recurring monthly reporting cycles.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a finance controlling or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including SAP.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Lumi Rental Company team. The role involves working collaboratively to support financial operations and strategic objectives.
