Fitout Estimator

About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Fitout Estimator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for fit-out tenders, from initial drawings through to final submission. The successful candidate's work will directly influence project acquisition and profitability for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications for interior fit-out packages.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for various elements including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and loose furniture.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, plant, subcontracting, and overheads.
• Obtain, compare, and normalise quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Price Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements within fit-out scopes, collaborating with MEP specialists as required.
• Prepare value engineering options while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
• Identify and document risks, exclusions, assumptions, and clarifications for each tender.
• Prepare complete tender submissions and pricing summaries for management review.
• Maintain a current cost database of rates, suppliers, and market prices specific to KSA.
• Support the handover process of won projects to the delivery and Quantity Surveying (QS) teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fit-out projects and a meticulous approach to cost estimation. This role requires a professional who can ensure the accuracy of figures, which are critical for securing projects and ensuring their financial viability.

Experience Required

• 5-10 years of experience in fit-out estimation.
