The Role of Flight Engineer

Alsalam Aerospace Industries is seeking a Flight Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Flight Engineer will operate under an assigned management structure and report to the relevant Directorate of Operations, contributing to the development and delivery of specialized training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Flight Engineer Instructor on rotary-wing aircraft.
• Deliver basic and advanced training courses in accordance with approved training syllabi.
• Conduct initial Flight Engineer training, instructor training, live hoist operations, EOS operation, and data link systems training.
• Review and update Flight Engineer training materials to align with operational and training requirements.
• Advise commanders and relevant management on Flight Engineer training requirements and development needs.
• Develop, write, review, and update training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documentation as required.
• Maintain and follow up on training records and files for deployed Flight Engineers and Crew Chiefs.

Required Experience and Location
