About the Role

Trust Arabia is seeking a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for managing government-related processes, employee documentation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Role Overview

The Government Relations Officer will oversee all government-related processes for employees, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations. This includes handling various documentation and transactions through official government platforms and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage government transactions for employees, including Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry visas, final exit procedures, and work permits.
  • Process transactions using government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and other relevant portals.
  • Handle employee sponsorship transfers and associated documentation.
  • Monitor the validity and expiry dates of Iqamas, work permits, visas, and other government documents.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams regarding employee and government-related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of government transactions, payments, supporting documents, and employee information.
  • Follow up with relevant government authorities as needed.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within specified timelines.
  • Stay informed about changes in Saudi labor, immigration, and government regulations.
  • Support client-related government relations activities and employee administration when required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience required: 0-20 years in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage government-related processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor, immigration, and government regulations.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within the Trust Arabia team.
