The Role

Snap Inc. is seeking a Junior Partnerships Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves supporting strategic programs and partnership initiatives to enhance Snap's presence and success among international brands advertising in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to implement strategic programs designed to improve Snap’s success with international brands in Saudi Arabia.
• Work with various cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams, to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of partnership programs.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and report on progress against partnership and business objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at national events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with close attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Possess a data-driven and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in analyzing datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Interest in Snapchat and marketing, with a desire to contribute to business growth and achieve results.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative team player.
