About the Role

Investors Gate (بوابة المستثمر) is seeking a professional and creative Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves executing marketing and corporate designs for the group's companies, contributing to visual content development, and enhancing brand identity. The ideal candidate will produce professional work that combines creativity, artistic quality, and consistency with the company's brand guidelines, with 0-1 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts and advertising campaigns.
• Prepare designs for services, offers, and events.
• Develop creative visual concepts tailored to the target audience.
• Design carousels, infographics, and educational content.
• Ensure adherence to the visual identity of the company and its group entities.
• Design profiles, presentations, and introductory files.
• Prepare print materials, corporate, and marketing collateral.
• Develop templates and visual elements to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare graphic elements for videos and reels.
• Design titles, simple visual effects, and supporting materials for editing.
• Collaborate with the content and photography teams to produce engaging visual materials.
• Translate design requirements into visual concepts and outputs.
• Implement modifications and feedback efficiently and professionally.
• Organize source files and deliver designs in required formats.
• Adhere to deadlines and the marketing content plan.
• Manage multiple projects for group companies while maintaining execution quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven practical experience in designing marketing and corporate materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, with familiarity with After Effects preferred.
• Strong ability in photo manipulation and professional blending.
• Understanding of visual composition, colors, typography, and hierarchical arrangement of elements.
• Proficiency in designing Arabic content and professionally coordinating Arabic fonts.
• Ability to create diverse and innovative ideas and designs rather than replicating ready-made templates.
• Understanding the nature of designs specific to digital advertisements and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with marketing management.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating design quality and creativity level is required.

Use of AI Tools

Investors Gate welcomes the use of AI tools as aids for idea development and production acceleration, with the following stipulations:

• AI is a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional design skills.
• The designer is expected to demonstrate their abilities in manual design and graphic manipulation.
• Full reliance on AI-generated images without genuine artistic development and processing is not acceptable.
• Outputs must be diverse, creative, and consistent with the company's brand identity.
• The designer is responsible for the final quality of all submitted work.

Performance Evaluation Criteria

The designer's performance will be evaluated based on the quality of work, level of creativity and diversity, adherence to visual identity, ability to transform ideas into professional designs, speed of execution, responsiveness to feedback, and commitment to deadlines. The primary objective of this role is to have a designer capable of professionally and independently handling the executive aspect of graphic design within the marketing department, delivering creative work that reflects the corporate standard of Investors Gate and its group companies.
