Role Purpose

The Guest Relations Associate serves as the primary point of contact for guests. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing product recommendations. The associate will also assist with bookings and maintain accurate guest records, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
