Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Guest Service Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering a range of spa services while maintaining high standards of guest experience and operational hygiene. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Guest Service Officer is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and ensuring a comfortable, safe, and confidential environment for all guests. This role emphasizes adherence to established procedures and collaboration with colleagues to deliver a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver various spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and aromatherapy, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other spa professionals to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar guest service or spa therapist role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of spa treatments.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety protocols within a spa environment.
