Overview of the Role

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on establishing and nurturing partnerships with donors and associations. This involves building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating contracts to significantly expand Noon Academy's impact and reach a broader base of beneficiaries. This is a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and mission through external collaborations.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new donors and associations, qualifying them as potential partners.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to reach suitable partners through direct outreach or digital platforms.
• Manage and regularly update the partner database (CRM) to ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.
• Lead partnership negotiations with donors and associations to secure agreements that align with Noon Academy’s strategic goals.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with Noon Academy’s policies and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless implementation of agreed-upon programs and initiatives.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback after program implementation to continuously improve service quality and partnership outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure a successful and sustainable partnership experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and cultivate long-term trust.
• Work on renewing and expanding current partnerships by proposing new initiatives or services.
• Organize awareness events and regular meetings to showcase program impact and strengthen communication channels with partners.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
