Head of Investor Relations / Investor Relations Manager

About the Role

Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking a Head of Investor Relations / Investor Relations Manager to establish and lead the investor relations function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential opportunities in Dammam. The role is critical for guiding the company through IPO preparation and managing its investor relations as a publicly listed entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Investor Relations function, overseeing activities through IPO preparation and post-listing.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, and financial analysts.
• Coordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul regulations, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams.
• Monitor share performance, investor sentiment, and activities of peer companies.
• Assist the executive team in communicating financial performance, strategic direction, and growth plans to the investment community.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional ready to establish and lead an investor relations function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in investor relations or a related financial field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage an investor relations function from inception.
• Experience with IPO processes and managing investor relations for a listed company is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, and regulatory compliance (CMA, Tadawul).

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position primarily located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Opportunities may also be available in Dammam. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of working in a dynamic environment.
