ESOM is seeking a QHSE Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role will support the SAMA Project, focusing on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance within Facilities Management operations.

Role Overview

The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all Facilities Management activities. This includes maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in operational performance for the SAMA Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure QHSE compliance across Facilities Management activities, including MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor contractors and operational teams to ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions, and QHSE training programs.
• Prepare QHSE reports, audit findings, incident records, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with project management and stakeholders to address QHSE concerns and operational risks.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a QHSE role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing QHSE management systems.
• Proficiency in conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of QHSE compliance within Facilities Management operations.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the SAMA Project.
