About the Role

Initial Facilities Management is seeking a Hospital Cleaner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic healthcare environment, adhering strictly to hospital cleaning standards and infection control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, corridors, waiting areas, and other hospital facilities.
• Follow established infection prevention and control procedures.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with hospital policies.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitization, and infection control procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
