Hotel Reservation Manager

About the Role

IntercityHotel Riyadh is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Reservation Manager to lead the reservations function. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires 3-5 years of experience and is crucial for maximizing room revenue and optimizing occupancy. The role involves managing distribution channels and ensuring an efficient reservation process for an international hotel brand under H World International. The salary range for this position is SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent guest service.
• Maximize room revenue through effective inventory management, pricing implementation, and reservation conversion.
• Monitor daily occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), pickup, booking pace, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Manage room availability, restrictions, and rates across Opera PMS, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and other distribution channels.
• Ensure accurate implementation of corporate contracts, negotiated rates, group bookings, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management to optimize business performance.
• Monitor OTA performance, booking trends, channel production, and reservation discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports, forecasts, and business analysis.
• Handle group reservations, room blocks, special requests, and VIP bookings.
• Ensure proper handling of modifications, cancellations, deposits, and payment guarantees.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate reservation employees to maintain high productivity and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings, reduce distribution costs, and improve overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, reservation procedures, and company policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with hotel reservation systems, online distribution platforms, and revenue management strategies.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position with working hours and days determined by hotel operational requirements and Saudi labor regulations. The role is based at IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz.
