The Role of Housekeeping Executive

SSCL is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing departmental operations, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the housekeeping department. The role requires a professional with significant experience in facility management and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee departmental operations, including strategic planning and performance management.
Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
Lead workforce planning, team development initiatives, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement departmental policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
