About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing cleanliness, service, and product quality standards across various areas of the hotel, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently.
• Manage departmental processes such as systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct and oversee room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
