Boutique Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in Riyadh. This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order across all guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. The supervisor plays a critical part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and upholding the hotel's reputation for excellence through meticulous attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional housekeeping services by maintaining high cleanliness standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Identify and address any deficiencies promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance guest comfort and overall satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development

• Supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring they are well-trained and capable of delivering high-quality service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hotel offerings.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the housekeeping team.

Operational Management and Compliance

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and coordination across all hotel functions.
• Facilitate regular meetings with housekeeping staff to discuss challenges, share feedback, and improve service delivery.
• Review and optimize operational procedures for housekeeping to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all housekeeping staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations relevant to housekeeping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take necessary corrective actions.
