The Role

Nakhla AI is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support recruitment and manage daily HR operations as the company expands. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves working closely with leadership to attract talent, establish robust HR processes, and ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, comfortable in a growing technology environment, and capable of balancing hiring priorities with employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job description development and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit for technical and business roles, including software engineers, AI specialists, sales, and operations professionals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave balances, attendance information, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee requests with finance and relevant service providers.
  • Support HR compliance and administer relevant Saudi employment platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, probation reviews, employee changes, and offboarding procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining practical HR policies, procedures, and employee guidance.
  • Support performance reviews, employee development initiatives, engagement activities, and workplace issue resolution.
  • Track recruitment progress, headcount, turnover, and other relevant HR metrics.
  • Utilize HR systems and appropriate AI tools to enhance efficiency while safeguarding employee confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience supporting employees and employment processes within Saudi Arabia.
  • Working knowledge of Saudi labor requirements and relevant government platforms.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles and assessing candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Sound judgment in handling confidential information and sensitive employee matters.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
