- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Process onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Support payroll record preparation and maintenance.
- Manage employee benefits and leave requests.
- Organize training programs and development activities for employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate HR databases, filing systems, and related documentation.
- Help organize company events and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in an HR support role (internships or entry-level considered).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
