About the Role

HRGF Company is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all HR functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in Saudi Arabian HR practices and regulations to drive organizational growth and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and all relevant regulations.
  • Manage and optimize Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Oversee GOSI registration, contributions, and employee insurance.
  • Manage HR government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and MHRSD.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies and lead executive recruitment and succession planning.
  • Implement performance management and employee development programs.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR budgets, manpower plans, and reports, and establish KPIs to monitor HR performance metrics.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with legal standards.
  • Advise senior management on HR strategies and lead change management initiatives.
  • Manage HR audits and government inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and other government HR platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Experience in leading talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SAR 10,000 – 15,000.
