About the Role

Alqotr is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing, executing, and monitoring daily HR operations, ensuring the accuracy of employee data and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. This includes overseeing employee contracts, personnel files, employee data, leave, attendance, social insurance, and other HR-related services. The specialist will also manage relevant government platforms, ensure information accuracy, complete transactions promptly, and provide necessary support and reports to HR and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through offboarding.
  • Prepare and monitor employee contracts and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and properly maintained across HR systems and platforms.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring all related information is accurately updated.
  • Support payroll processes by providing and reviewing employee data, attendance, leave records, and other relevant changes.
  • Manage and monitor employee transactions related to GOSI and other relevant government HR services.
  • Manage and monitor company accounts and data across government platforms related to HR operations.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, working proactively to prevent violations.
  • Monitor company classification, Saudization requirements, and relevant employment support programs.
  • Follow up on government applications, objections, amendments, corrections, cancellations, and other requests until closure.
  • Monitor notifications, alerts, application statuses, and data across relevant government platforms.
  • Coordinate with employees, internal departments, government entities, and support channels to resolve HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee data, HR information, and related documents.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to HR operations, employee data, and compliance.
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to HR management and senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Platforms and Systems

The role requires proficiency in managing and monitoring data across various government and HR platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Hadaf, Nitaqat, and the Saudi Business Center.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee lifecycles and HR administrative tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with government platforms relevant to HR operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
