Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Familiarity with regulations from government bodies and insurance companies.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective professional relationships.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
  • Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
